A New Artist Emerges From The Bronx Instilling Intoxicating Vibrations And Creates A New Genre!
Richard Streeter, better known as “R Streetz” (No Gimmicks here) Born and raised in “The Home Of Hip-Hop” Bronx, New York, always had a knack for music. Being raised in such a diverse city, R Streetz was inspired by many different cultures and genres of music. “Streetz” has utilized these influences (Old and New) and created something fresh and unique. Combining the elements of Alternative, Electronic, Hip-hop, Pop, R&B & Rock Music, R Streetz has culminated something entirely “nourshing”. This new genre of music is coined “Trap-Soul” By “Streetz”. “New York is the melting pot. I Am the Chef!” The words of Mr. Streeter Himself.
The Debut EP “Drugs and Hip-Hop”, exclusively produced by R Streetz, Explores both the cliches and taboos of such a diverse culture. Intimately displaying the underworld, or “other” world, within the Big Apple. The EP consists of 5 instrumentals ranging in style, emotion, and essence. Each record will be espoused by a visual representation of such context. “I want you to FEEL! I want to awaken those dormant fabrics of your soul that you try to shun away. We all have demons. If we let them hide, they will scheme and conspire, and ultimately destroy us!” R Streetz elaborates on the brutal honesty of “DnHH”.
Drugs and Hip-Hop shows the harsh reality of life in the Big City; As Diverse as it may be. But where does all of this diversity come from? DnHH begins to delve into the many worlds that create one city…Rapper, Producer, Songwriter… Just a few of the many hats worn by R Streetz. With aspirations of owning his own Record Label: All For The Team and a conglomerate of other businesses, R Streetz strives to master his craft in every aspect. “If there is something I cannot do, something I do not know how to do, or something I am afraid to do. Know one thing… I WILL DO IT! There are only obstacles, never impossibilities!”
